DESCRIPTION:DEPUTY GOVERNOR’S 5K CHALLENGE 2024 – LITTLE CAYMAN\nSunday 21 April 2024 at 6:30am \nSupporting Our Future Generations! The 10 year anniversary of the DG5K Challenge is in support of the Addison Kelly Memorial Scholarship\, the Boyz 2 Men programme and the NCVO. \nRegistration\nRegistration fee includes a 10-year anniversary commemorative t-shirt or tank top on a first come basis and race bib number. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable and name changes are not allowed. \n\n\n\n \nADULT 18 and over\nCHILD under 18\n\n\nREGISTER ONLINE\n01 April – 20 April\n$25.00\n$10.00\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPayment Options\n1. Pay online – Use a debit or credit card to pay online now.\n2. Pay at Packet Pick-up – Register online and pay in person with exact cash.\n3. Civil Service Payroll Deduction – For core Civil Servants only. Must provide name of Civil Servant and Government employee number. \nCorporate/Group Registration\nTo register a group of 20 or more participants please contact the event organisers at DG5K@gov.ky for assistance with group registration and information on how to pay for the group. \nPacket Pick-Up\nCollect from the Little Cayman District Officer’s Office during business hours (Phone: 926-3534)\, or from the Hungry Iguana Restaurant (ask for Shubha). Please have proof of online registration and if paying in person please have exact cash. \nTiming and Results\nThis is not a timed event. \nAwards\nThe prize/raffle presentation takes place after the race. \nCourse Information\nCourse starts at the Southern Cross Club\, proceed to the turnaround point by the airport wind sock\, then proceed back to the Southern Cross Club. \n \nWater\nWater stops will be along the route at the Southern Cross Club\, the Hungry Iguana Restaurant and Gay’s Seahorse Boutique. The final water stop at Gay’s Seahorse Boutique also includes cookies and chocolate croissants. Participants are encouraged to BYOB (bring your own water bottle) to reduce the use of single use plastics. \nBY REGISTERING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING WAIVER\nI\, the participant\, or legal guardian if the participant is under 18\, assume all risks associated with running/walking this event.
