Must provide Name and Government employee number.\nFor assistance with paying by cheque and group registrations please contact DG5K@gov.ky\n* Persons who register on race day will not be entered into the timed race and will not be eligible for age category awards and fastest male and female Civil Servant trophies.\nPlease note that there are no refunds or exchanges.\n\n \nPacket Pick-Up & In Person Registration \n\nCollect race shirts and race bib numbers on Thursday 27 March 2025 & Friday 28 March 2025\nLocation: Government Administration Building\, 133 Elgin Avenue\, George Town\, Main lobby\nTime: 9:00am – 6:00pm\n\nStart Time and Course Information \n\nStart time is 6:30am on Sunday 30 March 2025 at the Government Administration Building\,\n133 Elgin Avenue\, George Town.\nThe race route is from the Government Administration Building on Elgin Avenue → to Huldah Ave → to Smith Road → to Walkers Road → to Melmac Avenue → to South Church Street →  to Seafarer’s Way → to Fort Street → to Edward Street → to Elgin Avenue and return to the Government Administration Building.\nStrollers and wheelchairs are welcome. Bikes and dogs are not allowed.\n\nCourse Map \n\n \nWater\n \n\nWater stops will be along the route.\nParticipants are encouraged to BYOB (bring your own water bottle) to reduce the use of single use plastics.\n\nTiming and Results \n\nThis is a timed race.\n*Persons who register on race day will not be entered into the timed race and will not be eligible for age category awards and fastest male and female Civil Servant trophies.\nRace bibs have an embedded timing chip and must be worn on the front of your shirt.\nRace results are published by Race Caribbean at https://racecaribbean.net/\n\nAwards \n\nThe prize/raffle presentation takes place after the race. Must be present to win.\nAwards for top 3 male and female in the following age categories; ages 5 and under\, 6-10\, 11-13\, 14-16\, 17-19\, 20-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60+\nTrophy for the Fastest male and female Civil Servant\nTrophy for the Private Sector firm with the most registrations\nTrophy for the Civil Service Dept with the most registrations\nTrophy for the SAGC with the most registrations\nTrophy for the School with the most registrations\nTrophy for the Civil Service Dept with the highest percentage of participants\n\nParking\nParking is available in the lot across from the Government Administration Building\, enter from Claude Hill Road. \nBY REGISTERING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING WAIVER\nI\, the participant\, or legal guardian if the participant is under 18\, assume all risks associated with running/walking this event.
