DESCRIPTION:The Fraser Properties Open Water Relay Swim – Saturday 16 September 2023 \n4x400m Sea Swim Relay \nWhere:  Governor’s Beach\nTime:  Race starts at 4:00 pm.\n(Check-in and body marking is at Governor’s Beach from 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm)\nRace Briefing:  3:50pm.\nCut-off Time:  1 Hour 20 Minutes from Race Start\nCourse:  Start/Finish at Governor’s Beach\nRace Caps:  To be provided at Check-in \nAwards:  Trophies or medals for 1st\, 2nd\,3rd- Female\, Male\, Mixed teams.\nAge Group:  It will be determined by the oldest member in your team. \nIf weather conditions threaten the safety of the swimmers or organisers\, the race may be cancelled at the discretion of the Race Director. \nRules clarifications:\n● Teams can be male\, female or a mix of male and female.\n● Swimmers can swim up an age group.\n● The age group selected must reflect the age of the oldest swimmer in the group.\n● 1st Leg swimmers will wear WHITE cap. 2nd leg will wear GREEN\, 3rd leg will wear RED and 4th will wear BLUE.\n● The race will start and finish in the water.\n● The swimmer change overs (1st to 2nd\, 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th) will be on the beach\, with the handover swimmer exiting the water to tag the next leg swimmer \nCIASA Membership: if interested in becoming a member please contact ciasaevents@gmail.com \nDECLARATION AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY \nYOUR ATTENTION IS BROUGHT TO THE FOLLOWING WHICH YOU SHOULD READ CAREFULLY \nBy completing this form\, I declare\, verify and understand that: \n\nI am physically fit for the event\, I am a competent swimmer and I have no medical reasons why I should not participate in this event.\nI agree to abide by all of the event regulations stated.\nI agree to participate entirely at my own risk\, the extent of which I fully appreciate and I waive all possible rights that I may have\, or my heirs or dependents may have\, as a result of any injury\, loss to property or death which may occur as a result of my participation in this event\, in consideration of me participating in this event.\nI accept that no liability whatsoever will attach to CIASA\, the organisers\, sponsors\, volunteers or anyone else involved with Cayman Swimming and that they are in no way responsible for the safety of any swimmer\, in consideration of me participating in this event.\nI consent to the use of photographic images of myself in official event photos.
