SUMMARY:Deputy Governor’s 5K Challenge - Grand Cayman
DESCRIPTION:The Deputy Governor’s 5K Challenge originally scheduled for Sunday April 24th\, has been postponed until Sunday May 29th 2022 due to unforeseen circumstances. \nAll completed registrations will be honored for the new date. \nWith a focus on Helping Today – Protecting Tomorrow\, the beneficiaries for the 2022 event are: Cayman Islands Cancer Society (CICS)\, MS Foundation of the Cayman Islands as well as the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Association of the Cayman Islands (ADACI). \nFundraising from this year’s DG’s 5K Challenge will contribute to reducing instances of cancer and provide meaningful care and support for those who suffer from serious and debilitating diseases like Multiple Sclerosis\, Alzheimer’s and Dementia. \nTogether\, we really can help today and protect tomorrow! \nEvent Date: Rescheduled to Sunday May 29th 2022 \nEvent Time: Start time is 6:30am. Any changes to the start time or requirement for a staggered start in light of race logistics and outdoor group gathering limits will be announced closer to the date. Please check this site for up- to- date race information. \nCourse Map: \n \nEvent Cost:\nAdults 18 and over $25.00 KYD\nChildren 17 and under $10.00 KYD \nOnline registration for the Grand Cayman event will close at 6:00pm on Friday April 22nd.  There are no refunds or transfer of registration to other persons. \nONLINE PAYMENT IS NOW AVAILABLE \nOffline Payment or Civil Servant Payroll Deduction:\nChoose your ticket type below and note that when you checkout the shopping cart will show a $0 value. Please complete the process and bring your confirmation email to Packet Pickup. \nPacket Pickup: Collect your race bib and DG 5K shirt on Thursday May 26th  and Friday May 27th at the Government Administration Building.
